  • Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.

Property Access

  • Please note our cabin has stairs. However, there is first-level access to the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the living area.
  • The public pool has no access codes, and if the gate is locked, then the pool is closed. No exceptions.
  • The clubhouse is not for usage.

Policies and Rules

  • No refunds for pest-related issues.
  • Wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. No refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues in accordance with rental policy. Contact for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
  • The cabin is not toddler-friendly. There are no gates or child proofing. Kids are welcome. No baby accessories, high chairs, pack-n-plays, or children's dishes are provided.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

Fees and Payments

  • Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Contact directly to coordinate this service.

Parking Information

  • There is a smaller driveway in front of the cabin, with limited complimentary parking on the street. Limited parking is also available by the pool.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Guests should bring items they need, as shampoos, soaps, hand soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent are not guaranteed to be provided.
  • Bed linens, towels, paper towels, complimentary toiletries, and cleaning basics are provided.
  • The coffee machine is dual service with drip and pod. Filters and pods are not guaranteed, and ground coffee is not provided.
  • Guests need to bring their own charcoal for the BBQ grill.
  • The hot tub is emptied and refilled after every guest and may be cold if it is emptied the same day. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to heat up.
  • The shared outdoor community pool is only open during the summer months.
  • DVD players are available; guests should bring or rent DVDs to watch.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available.
  • Kitchen includes cooking basics, cooking space, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, and microwave/convection oven.
  • A clothes washing machine and dryer are provided.
  • Private entrance. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Host and guest liability and damage protection are provided.
  • Lawn care may be performed periodically from now until September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
